HELP!!!!

Hey guys.

so my mates iphone 5s is playing up and its been like this for ages,

Her phone won't pick up gsm signal. So no phone calls or texts or data usage.

Everything else works well on the phone, she has just been using it as an iPod basically. Still connects to wifi and Bluetooth ect.

can someone help her out please! 😟😀
